St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The Police have arrested and charged 18-year-old Calbert Powell of Station Street, Old Road for the murder of 21-year-old Javrell Alford of St. Paul’s.
Alford was stabbed during the street jam on December 26, 2022.
Powell was charged on January 15, 2023, and is currently in Police custody.
