St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN) – 29-year-old Ervin Allen of Church Ground Nevis has been formally arrested and charged for the attempted murder of Ivan James and Aldre James.
Allen committed the offence on November 28, 2021, in Brown Hill, was charged on December 11, 2021, and remanded at Her Majesty’s Prison.
Both men (Aldre and Ivan) were in a vehicle driving through the Brown Hill area when two unknown assailants came out of another vehicle and fired several shots at them on November 28. Aldra received abrasion wounds to his arm and abdomen, and Ivan received a gunshot wound to his leg.
