Administration of Vaccines Resume in the Federation

St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): As citizens and residents of St. Kitts and Nevis start another two days of essential movement during the current lockdown, one essential service is resuming today, Thursday, July 8.

Two days after the last batch of vaccines were finished, Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris in an address to the nation announced that the country had in hand an additional 5000 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine.

Dr. Harris also announced the resumption of vaccine administration on Thursday, July 8, 2021; the start of the second two-day reprieve from the 24-hour lockdown from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

These 5000 vaccines have an expiration date of August 31, 2021.
