St. Kitts and Nevis (Sports Page) – On Saturday 24th September, the Nevis Health Promotion Unit will be hosting a Beach Yoga event, as a part of the FITNESS IN THE TROPICS initiative and in celebration of Caribbean Wellness Day.
According to Ms. Theresa Herbert, the Education and Prevention officer at the Nevis Health Promotion Unit, the event will be held at Pinneys beach, in close proximity to the popular SUNSHINE’S.
It will be done in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and TDC and is set to commence at 7 am.
There is no cost attached, but persons are advised to register with the Health Promotion Unit.
Attendance on the day however, will be welcomed.
