St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): St. Kitts and Nevis was among the top three cruise destinations up for this year’s Seatrade Top Destination of the Year Award. The eventual winner was Barbados.
Finalists were Barbados, Cruise Copenhagen, and St. Kitts and Nevis.
Seatrade Cruise Awards announced the winners of the cruise industry’s distinguished award program at a virtual ceremony Tuesday (Oct6).
Barbados Today reports the Barbados Minister of Maritime Affairs Kirk Humphrey saying all Barbadians proud as it was the country’s humanitarian approach to crew members aboard the ships that led to the international recognition.
