Barbados To Become A Republic

St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Barbados plans to become a Republic in time for the country’s 55th Independence Anniversary in November next year.

That announcement was made by Governor-General Dame Sandra Mason at the opening of a new parliamentary session in Bridgetown on Tuesday (September 15).
