St. Kitts and Nevis (Sports Page) – The Charlestown Secondary School concluded its sports meet at the Nevis Athletic Stadium, on Wednesday 8th February.
The meet was previously aborted on Sunday the 5th February, due to electrical issues.
The featured races on the day, were, the 200 meters and the relays.
All of the races proved to be very exciting and even though the crowd was not as thick, as was the case on Sunday, the fair-sized audience was highly entertained.
In the finals analysis, Blue House came out as convincing champions.
Final scores:
1st Blue House 335 points-champions
2nd Gold House and Red House 302 points -tied
4th Green 290 points
It is understood that Red House champion cheerleader, Teacher Parris, is calling for a recount.
