(RSCNPF) – The Police have arrested and charged Brent Edwards for the offence of Failing to Immediately stop at the scene of an accident.
He was also issued with a notice of intended prosecution for the offence of Dangerous Driving.
The offences were committed on July 15th, 2023, in the New River area of Nevis.
Mr Edwards was charged at the Cotton Ground Police Station on July 17, 2023, and has since been remanded to prison while the investigation is in progress.
