St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The Proud Sounds Calypso Tent on Saturday (November 21) offered the second in a series of virtual Calypso Tents for this year’s Carnival Season
Unlike the first Calypso tent hosted by Legends, on November 14, which had no “live audience”, the Proud Sounds Tent had limited seating for people wishing to attend the session.
The Proud Sounds Calypso Tent featured 15 calypsonians who included:

Glenroy Blanchette – Rats In The Cabinet
King Godfrey – Tribute to Ayatollah
Lala – Carnival At Home
Genesis – Read Between The Lines
Murray – Pride Of A Nation
Queeny G – We Are In This Together

Honesty – COVID Taught Us A Lesson
I Sour Sop -We Get It Back
Lord Kut – How You Get It Done Doctor
Big Lice – We Want To Know
Queen Kibi – Don’t Give Up
Queen Independent – Change The Conversation
Unexpected – Unexpected
One comment posted by a member of the live audience offered a suggestion for future tents.
“So let me say I am here in the park and what is needed is a screen or something. We here and basically just listening to this interview. Nothing happening for the live audience I would suggest going forward have a screen so we [the live audience] can see what is also online or something. It is very boring just listening and nothing happening…”
The next scheduled event features Legends Tent on November 28; to be followed by Proud Sounds Tent on December 5.
