Clash Of The Shops Started-To Be Continued

St. Kitts and Nevis (Sports Page) – The Bath United Football club hosted the now annual CLASH OF THE SHOPS at the Bath Village play field on Sunday 30th November.

Coach for the Bath United Football club, Alex Claxton explained that the teams represented several shops located in the Bath village area:

Black hat’s Place; You and Me; Friend’s bar, Corner Shop and Rosie’s Snackette and Bar

The first tournament was won by Friend’s Bar, owned and operated by Alfred Newton, aka BAKER.

Due to a low turnout of players on the day, only one match was played.

Final score: Black hat’s Place 2 You and Me 1

Brandell Marie scored the two goals for Black Hat’s Place and T’Quan Bartlette netted for You and Me.

According to Claxton the tournament will continue at a date soon to be announced.
