St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Health officials in St Kitts and Nevis continue to monitor the COVID-19 case count, after observing a spike in cases. There are currently 73 active cases in the Federation; 31 on St Kitts and 42 on Nevis. This now brings the total confirmed cases in the Federation to 5,697.

Health officials continue to emphasise the importance of the non-pharmaceutical measures such as the wearing of face masks, hand washing and hand sanitising. In addition, individuals are being encouraged to vaccinate against COVID-19.

The vaccination rate is slowly increasing. 78.3 percent of adults are fully vaccinated. 83.4 percent have received a first dose of either the Pfizer BioNtech COVID-19 Vaccine or AstraZeneca and 10.2 percent of adults have been boosted. As it relates to children between the ages of 12 and 17, 19.7 percent have received a first vaccine dose and 18 percent are fully vaccinated. However, no approval has been given for those children to be boosted.

A total of 26,719 persons are fully vaccinated.
