St. Kitts and Nevis (Sports Page) – The regional women’s cricket tournament, hosted by the WICB, continued in St. Kitts on Wednesday 10th May.
The Leewards females engaged their Windward Islands counterparts.
The Leewards batting first, were soon rocked back by left arm bowler, Quiana Joseph and with the top order toppling, they were soon 36 for 5.
The last wicket pair of Saxena and Martin, managed to delay the inevitable and the Leewards eventually got to 59 all out in 19 overs.
The Windwards in response, made light work of the target, getting to 63 for 2 in 15.1 overs
