St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The deaths of Customs Officer Andrew Douglas and Stonefort Heights resident Sandra Adams have been ruled as suicides.

Douglas, 21, was found dead with a single gunshot wound to the head on September 17th 2020 at the Customs Department in Bird Rock.

Adams, 59, was found dead at her home on September 26, 2020. Police say on arrival she was found unresponsive with a cord wrapped around her neck.

Commissioner of Police Hilroy Brandy was at the time responding to a question from WINN at Thursday’s (January 14) press conference hosted by Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris, on those cases.

Brandy also indicated that a coroner’s inquest will be held to conclude both investigations.

The Commissioner also confirmed that three citizens of St Kitts are still missing.

Charlvin Marks, 21, of Verchilds was last seen leaving home in December 2019.

David Lake, 81, of Conaree was last seen by his caretaker at about 5 pm on August 16, 2020.

Jabal Henry, 36 of Upper Cayon was last seen on January 31 walking along the Kim Collins Highway.
