St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force confirmed that they are investigating a fatal stabbing incident of a male.
According to the police, the incident occurred in Cayon in the early hours of Sunday morning (July 10).
As of news time on July 12, over 48 hours since the individual’s death, no further information has been shared by the authorities on the man’s identity, the particulars of the incidents or any other details related to the stabbing of the male.
