St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): It was a soca fest in Nevis on Friday following the staging of the Nevis Culturama Festival Soca Monarch Finals sponsored by the St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank Limited.
Held virtually with thousands viewing from home and abroad, ‘Soca Empress’ delivered a thrilling performance putting her to secure the Groovy Soca Monarch title with 374 points. ‘Delly Ranks’ placed first runner up amassing a total of 342 points and X-Man in the second runner-up position with 325 points.
‘Eazi’ captured the title of Power Soca Monarch with 372 points after a high energy performance. ‘X-Man’ secured the first runner-up spot with a total of 322 points and ‘Speedy’ in the second runner-up position with 321 points.
The Nevis Culturama Festival staged virtually this year concludes on Saturday, September 18 with the Senior Kaiso Finals to be streamed at 8 p.m. on the Facebook page and YouTube channel of the Nevis Culturama Festival.
