St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The TDC Group of Companies hosted its 2023 Induction Ceremony for the students who were recipients of the Warren C. Tyson Memorial Scholarship.
Eight students from eight public schools in the Federation were awarded scholarships as the local corporation continued its annual investment in education for the 42nd year.
Since the scholarship programme began in 1981, over $6 million in scholarship awards have been given to one student from each public school in St. Kitts and Nevis.
Warren C Tyson Memorial Scholarship Awardees:
Charlestown Secondary School – Alasha Hull – St. Thomas’ Primary School
Gingerland Secondary School – De’morae Prentice – Violet O Jeffers Nicholls Primary School
Basseterre High School – Chrisandra Danichar – Deane Glasford Primary School
Cayon High School – Ajanique McFarlane – Violet Petty Primary School
Charles E Mills Secondary School – Keithesia Thomas – Newton Ground Primary School
Saddlers Secondary School – Joshua Finch – Estridge Primary School
Verchilds High School – Daejahnique Rawlins – Bronte Welsh Primary School
Washington Archibald High School – Michele Ezquea – Dr William Connor Primary School
Students who were runners-up in the selection process were gifted a school bag filled with school supplies.
The students who got the TDC Financial Services Academic Excellence Award were:
