Federation Records Three New Cases of COVID-19

St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The Federation has recorded three new cases of COVID-19, total now stands at 49 confirmed cases.

Robust contact tracing since a national without travel history, who works in the local hospitality sector and was not vaccinated, tested positive for the coronavirus has confirmed three new cases of the virus- pushing the total number of confirmed cases since last year to 49.

Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris addressed the nation at close to 9 pm Friday (May 21).

Dr. Harris offered these details of the new cases.

The Prime Minister also outlined new measures that take effect from 6 am this morning (May 22).
