St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The first hurricane of the 2021 Atlantic season, Elsa, now downgraded to a tropical storm, passed through the region last week and greatly affected Barbados, St. Lucia and St . Vincent and the Grenadines on July 2.
Elsa is currently west of Key West and expected to strengthen.
