St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Civil servants of the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis will be paid twice monthly, effective July 01, 2023.

According to the St. Kitts and Nevis Information Service, the new pay dates are the 14th and 28th of each month. If dates fall on a weekend, the date will be changed to the Friday of that same week. If the dates fall on a public holiday, that salary will be paid on the previous working day.

Gross salary will be split into two equal amounts, and all deductions will be split into two equal amounts.

The Human Resource Management Department hosted a payroll information open house event on Tuesday at Warner Park Cricket Stadium to sensitize civil servants of the twice-monthly pay system.

Mr. Wakely Daniel, Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Premier of Nevis, told WINN that this system does not apply to civil servants who are paid by the Nevis Island Administration.
