St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN) – The authorities of Her Majesty’s Prison (HMP) continue their search for escaped detainee Jesus Valdez who escaped custody a week ago.
Valdez, a native of the Dominican Republic, was residing at Market Street.
The 20-year-old was in custody after being charged with assault and escaped custody on April 14.
Her Majesty’s Prison (HMP) officials have reissued a call to locate the escaped man.
In correspondence with the media, the police stated that “Cooperation is key to getting escaped prisoner Jesus Valdez back into custody at Her Majesty’s Prison”. They reissued the wanted poster for the young man.
Valdez is 5’4” in height, with a slim build, fair in complexion has black hair and brown eyes.
The authorities at HMP are asking anyone who has seen Valdez or knows of his whereabouts to contact her majesty’s prison at 465-2241 ext. 4386, the Basseterre Police Station at 465-2241, the nearest police station or the Crime Hotline by dialling 707.
