Income Tax Bill, Among Five Bills For Parliament On Tuesday

St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris will introduce an Income Tax Amendment Bill when parliament convenes on Tuesday (November 17) at the National Assembly Chambers, Government Headquarters in Basseterre.

Five Bills are on the Order Paper.

The COVID-19 (Prevention and Control) Bill, 2020, first read October 15, 2020, will have its second reading.

Dr. Harris will introduce and have read the first time the Income Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2020.

A National Disaster Management (Amendment) Bill, 2020 is expected to have its second reading.

Saint Christopher and Nevis (Mutual Exchange of Information in Taxation Matters (Amendment) Bill, 2020, which had its first reading on 15th October 2020), will have its second reading.

Minister of Health Akilah Byron-Nisbett, will move the second reading of Public Health (Amendment) Bill, 2020 which had its first reading on 15th October 2020.
