St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Kimba Wattley was sentenced to 45 years in Prison for the murder of Kassim Buchanan.
On December 31, 2019, the Police charged Wattley with the murder of Buchanan. The offence was committed on August 20, 2018, in Buchanan’s home in an alley connecting Nevis Street and College Street Ghaut.
Wattley, 37, of St. Paul’s, was found guilty of the murder of Kassim Buchanan on October 19, 2022.
His Lordship Justice Iain Morley handed down the sentencing at the High Court at the Police Training School.
