Managers and other executives are being encouraged to utilise coaching to develop individuals, teams and organisations towards achieving performance excellence.
That’s according to Euphemia Brice-Roberts of Brice Roberts Business Consulting Services in her first book “Leading Through Coaching”, available digitally and in hard copy.
At a virtual launch ceremony being held on Saturday, August 28 from 9:00 am, as part of the Women in Employment and Business Conference, Ms. Brice-Roberts will showcase her first eBook designed to promote a practical approach to developing leadership in individuals and facilitating effective leadership in organisations. She will present the IRSA Model that she has created to demonstrate critical steps in the coaching process.
Through her vast experience as a performance consultant for over 25 years, her role in coaching and training, her education in business and central banking, her service at the senior management levels in the public and private sectors and her community outreach activities, Ms. Brice Roberts is well equipped to provide guidance on how individuals can lead effectively through coaching.
She said that in a variety of situations she saw an apparent disconnect between management and line levels in terms of their perceptions of facilitating leadership, and that was one of the contributing factors to her writing this Book.
The author says that coaching is one of her passions and she sees it as a useful tool for
developing leaders. She added that it is her hope that leaders, other executives, educators,
individuals and students will seize the opportunity to purchase the Book “Leading Through
Coaching”.
