St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Luis Kendial James’ cause of death was a result of severe blood loss, according to the autopsy done by Resident Pathologist Dr Naudia Phillip.
Dr Phillip performed the autopsy on the body of 26-year-old Luis James of Farm Site, Sandy Point, on August 15, 2022.
The Resident Pathologist concluded that death resulted from Hypovolemic Shock (severe blood loss which makes the heart unable to pump enough blood to the body) due to a stab wound to the left suprascapular region (the upper left should).
Luis’ death occurred on August 8; he was stabbed by his brother Dwight James, 32, of Farm Site, Sandy Point.
Dwight was charged on August 11 and is currently in Police custody.
