MAN ARRESTED AND CHARGED FOR KIDNAPPING AND RAPE

Basseterre, St. Kitts, March 16, 2023 (RSCNPF): A man from District ‘A’ has been formally charged for the offence of Rape and the offence of Kidnapping. He was charged on March 14, 2023. The offence was committed on November 13, 2022. He has been remanded to His Majesty’s Prison.
