St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN) – A release from St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force states that a man in District “C” (Nevis) was formally charged for the offense of Indecent Assault.
The unnamed man was charged on June 07, and granted bail on June 11, to the tune of EC$30,000 with two sureties and conditions.
He was ordered to surrender all travel documents and not apply for or obtain any new documents; to not interfere or communicate with the complainant or any family member and to report to the Charlestown Police Station twice a week.
