St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN) – An arrest warrant has been issued for Marlin Novas, 27, of Fort Thomas Road, Mc Knight, for the offence of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving.
The 27-year-old is wanted in connection with a fatal accident that occurred on September 9 in the vicinity of Love at First Bite Bar, located at St. Peters, St. Kitts.
It is alleged that Novas, operating motor vehicle PB2456 at the time, collided with a pedestrian, Sewdat Pichaya, a Guyanese national, resulting in Pichaya’s death.
Marlin Novas is a native of the Dominican Republic with a medium build, fair complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
Novas is being asked to present himself at the nearest police station.
The Police are asking anyone who has seen Novas or knows of his whereabouts to contact the Stapleton police station by dialling 465-2418 or the nearest police station or call the crime hotline at 707.
