Michael Richardson Charged with Fraudulent Conversion

St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Michael Richardson, a resident of Parray’s Village in St. Peters, St. Kitts, is facing two charges of Fraudulent Conversion (a form Larceny).


The charges relate to incidents reported between January 30, 2024, and June 14, 2024, as well as between February 20, 2024, and June 14, 2024.


The Police formally filed these charges against Richardson on June 14, 2024, at the Basseterre Police Station.


Fraudulent Conversion is a serious legal matter involving the unlawful appropriation of someone else’s property with the intention of permanent deprivation (selling or using someone else’s property without permission).


Authorities have not disclosed specific details regarding the alleged fraudulent activities or the nature of the converted funds at this stage.
