St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The Ministry of Tourism in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis launched its calendar of activities to commemorate Tourism Awareness Month in November.
The activities will run from November 1 to November 27 under the theme “Immerse, Indulge, Renew, Rethinking Tourism 2022.”
On November 1, 2022, Minister of Tourism, the Hon Marsha Henderson, will address the nation. On November 2 and November 4, 2022, the ministry will host workshops focusing on St. Kitts Culture and Heritage.
A beach clean-up will be carried out at Major’s Bay on November 5, followed by Sunday worship at the Antioch Baptist Church on November 6. On November 9, 2022, there will be an Industry Talk at CFBC, whilst on November 10, a Marketing and Energy Conservation Workshop will be hosted.
Other activities include: The Launch of Tourism Festival on November 11, Battle Royale- Tourism Fun Day on November 12, Talk in School Series from November 14 to 18. Staff Development Day on November 17, and Energy, Health and Tourism Fair on November 18.
The Ministry of Tourism will also partner with Mr Oneil Murrain for a Heritage and Fitness Hike on November 19, followed by the final activity, a Peninsula Swim in collaboration with the St. Kitts Yacht Club.
Meanwhile, other events will be taking place throughout November to bring additional highlights to the country’s Tourism sector. These will be hosted at the Royal St.Kitts Hotel, Ramada and Belle Mont Farms.
