St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Sponsored by The Development Bank of St Kitts and Nevis, Kittitian native, Miss Shecoma Greene was sashed 1st runner up in the 5th annual Miss International Elegance Mothers Pageant on Saturday night (May 28) at the Tropicana Ballroom in Simpson Bay, St Maarten. Miss Greene was also awarded Miss Photogenic, Best Promotional Video, and Best Sunday Best Wear.
Competing in the pageant were four other ladies representing the islands of Antigua and Barbuda, Trinidad and Tobago, the British Virgin Islands, and the host country, St Maarten.
There were five non-judged segments. Miss Antigua & Barbuda received the Social Media Award, Miss Congeniality was awarded to Miss Trinidad & Tobago, Miss Popularity went to Miss St. Maarten, along with Best Promo Video and Most Photogenic to Miss St. Kitts & Nevis.
In the judged Segment, Best Sunday Best Wear was awarded to Miss St. Kitts and Nevis, and Best Speech and Best Question and Answer were awarded to Miss Antigua and Barbuda. Miss St Maarten copped a majority of the judged segments, being awarded Best African Wear, Best Traditional Cultural Wear, Best Evening Wear, and Best Talent
Miss International Elegance Mother is Miss St. Maarten, followed by Miss St Kitts Shecoma Greene, 2nd Runner Up – Miss Antigua & Barbuda, and 3rd Runner Up – Miss British Virgin Islands.
