St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Reports reaching our news desk indicate that a body, identified as Mario Riley, was found at Beaumont Park, Dieppe Bay, yesterday (March 18).
Riley, a resident of Tabernacle, had been missing for two weeks.
A source close to WINN indicated that the authorities had already identified a person of interest in Riley’s disappearance.
According to the missing person notice disseminated by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force, the 40-year-old was last seen on March 3 and was reported missing on March 06.
Additional reports suggest that he was last seen in Conaree, according to his sister, Desiree Powell-Pemberton.
Riley was the son of the late Reginald Thomas, also known as Calypso Reggie.
Investigations into the matter are ongoing, and WINN will provide more as information becomes available.
