St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The second sitting of the National Assembly, since the June 5 general elections, is slated for Thursday, August 13, at 10 am at Government Headquarters in Basseterre.
This sitting will see adjustments to the physical space that would result in a smaller gallery and visitors are required to wear masks and comply with social distancing regulations.
The Bill to limit the Tenure of the Prime Minister is scheduled for its first reading as well as the National Assembly Elections Amendment Bill provides for a residency requirement for votes. Other Bills are expected to address amendments the Customs Act and obligations pertaining to prevent the financing of weapons of mass destruction.
