St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The reigning Miss St. Kitts-Nevis National Carnival Queen Nekirah Nicholls is in Antigua, preparing to bring back the title of Miss Jaycees 2022 to the Federation. She is sponsored by the St.Kitts- Nevis National Carnival Committee.
Nicholls joins six other ladies from Antigua and Barbuda, Haiti, Montserrat, British Virgin Islands, Trinidad and Tobago and St. Lucia as they journey to the crown. They will be competing in four segments; swimwear, talent, personal interview, and evening wear.
On Sunday, July 24, the delegates selected their order of appearance for the show with Nicholls to perform as contestant number three. Contestant number one is British Virgin Islands, Contestant number two, Miss St Lucia, Contestant Number 4, Miss Haiti, Contestant number five, Miss Montserrat, Contestant number six, Miss Trinidad and Tobago and Contestant Number 7, Miss Antigua and Barbuda.
The Jaycees Queen Show will be held under the theme “Unleashing the potential within through resilience and determination”. It will be held at Carnival City, Antigua Recreation Ground in St John’s, Antigua on Wednesday, July 27, 2022.
This is the 59th production of the Miss Jaycees Queen show, as it was established in 1961 by JCI Antigua. It is the longest-running pageant in the Caribbean’s history.
