St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Nevis commissions a new building for its “Yes to Success” (YTS) skills training, counseling, and job search program organized by the Nevis Island Administration, the US Agency for International Development(USAID) and the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States(OECS).
“Yes To Success” skills training and diversion site at Pinney’s Estate, Nevis officially opened on October 27, 2020The building was commissioned at Pinney’s Estate Monday. The YTS now offers three-four month training with options of pottery -making, heavy equipment operation, and a digital jobs training program from October to January 2021.
Minister of Social Development Mr. Eric Evelyn in brief remarks said YTS (established in 2015) had touched the lives of over 70 youth.

They then undergo weeks of skills training and are placed in work internships for practical application of what they have learned.
