St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Police are investigating the death of 58-year-old Oral Coulbourne of New Road whose body was found floating in the sea close to Newtown Bay Road on Monday (November 2).
A statement from the St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force, Tuesday, identified the man whose body was brought ashore by a passer-by with the assistance of another man.
An autopsy is to be performed to determine the exact cause of Mr. Coulbourne’s death.
