St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine (RUSVM) continued its annual investment in the education of local students through its scholarship program.
Nineteen students attending the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) were inducted into the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine Scholarship Awards Programme on June 07.
The 2022-2023 awardees are –
Jahzara Greene – the Dean’s Award;
Desean Newman – the Leadership Award;
Kaylee Burroughs – the EDGE Award;
Evrel Williams – the Glenville Henry Memorial Award;
Tyana Brookes – the Yvonne Cotton Award;
Anester Sedam – the Walter James Award;
Bianca Davis – the Mova Simmonds Award;
Fiona Zhang – the Lynette Isaac Award;
Yishmakeda Maccabee – the Ermine Cotton Award,
and Shania Bidder – the Denise Fyfield Award.
Additionally, the Excellence Award was awarded to Shanikwa George, Ivannah Hamilton, Naja Huggins, Shaniel Liburd-Bryan, Jendari Mills, Ruoniesha Nisbett, T’Andre Tatem, Zarinique Thompson and Ashika Williams.
The Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine Scholarship Awards Programme assists in continuing students’ educational journey at the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) and the Nevis Sixth Form College.
The scholarship programme provides financial support for up to two years of tuition books and other fees, a stipend towards uniform and transportation, and six weeks of a paid internship at Ross University.
