St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): “I am not prepared to make any official or unofficial statement at this point”, an official of the Frigate Bay Development Corporation(FBDC) told WINN on Tuesday (May 18) when asked about reports of a 59 percent hike in golf course fees for locals at the Royal St. Kitts Golf Course.
Vice President of the St. Kitts Golf Club, Zeke Percival recently protested the increase in golf course fees from US$42 to US$67 for locals and from US$75 to US$100 for residents.
The FBDC official contacted declared “I am not confirming or denying anything.”
WINN has reached out to the management of the Marriott Resort without success. Tuesday (May 18), the manager was again unavailable to tell the Resort’s side of the story.
