St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The slow process of counting the votes from the various constituencies cast in the St Kitts and Nevis General Elections has not gone unnoticed by the three-member CARICOM Election Observer Mission which monitored Friday’s Elections.

Speaking to WINN FM Saturday afternoon (June 6) while ballots from Constituency #8 was still being tallied, Mission head Gasper Jean Baptiste said the Mission will be recommending a different approach to the matter of vote counting.

Jean Baptiste is the Chief Elections Officer in St Lucia.
