St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The Ministry of Education is still waiting for the official results for candidates who wrote exams in 2021 administered by the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC).
Minister of Education the Hon. Jonel Powell said he hopes that the official results can be made available in the coming weeks.
“We have not gotten the confirmed results from CXC. We got the preliminary results. I know that they have been doing a lot of work…certain releases have come from CXC and so based on that I am hoping that we can get those confirmed results within the next week or two,” Powell said.
Minister Powell added: “We know we have some top performers here in St. Kitts and Nevis in certain subjects. We have Kittitians and Nevisians who have topped in the entire Caribbean in certain subjects and I am looking forward to being able to celebrate them publicly and celebrate the good job that all of our students, with the help of our teachers, have done.”
Preliminary results of the May/June 2021 CXC Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate Examinations and Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations were released in October 2021.
