(Trinidad Guardian) It is the biggest ever virtual concert to be held since the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in March. One Caribbean One Future One Yard—A Virtual Concert, scheduled to be held on Friday, at 7 pm, by the ANSA McAL Group of Companies, will showcase some of the best artistes of the Caribbean.
Due to Covid-19, seven million learners and over 90,000 teachers across 23 countries have been affected and territories are grappling with a new reality of distant learning. The change to the “New Normal” for students attending school virtually has been a challenge across the Caribbean and we must do all we can do to prevent a learning crisis from becoming a catastrophe.
Through the ANSA McAL Foundation, you can make access to remote learning easier for children by donating to this initiative. All proceeds will be used towards technology to support home-based learning.
Among the artistes billed to perform are Kes, Beenie Man, Voice, Chronixx, Freetown, Ravi B, Shenseea, Romeo Mystic, Timeka Marsahll, Lil Natty & Thunda, King Bubba FM and more.
