St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Prime Minister, Dr. Timothy Harris announced, at his monthly press conference on Thursday (October 1) that the Federation’s borders will reopen at the end of the month.
“I am pleased to report that our borders will be fully opened on October 31, 2020.”
Dr. Harris assured the nation that all the necessary steps will be taken to guard against a second wave of the corona virus here.
” “Having consulted with our critical stakeholders regarding their readiness and taking into account the level of national preparedness and awareness of the risk of COVID- 19 we will open our borders to the rest of the world but rest assured we will never drop our guard. Lives will be protected at all cost.”
