St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris says Cabinet will soon hear a proposal for the reopening of schools in September.
Speaking on the government interactive program ” Leadership Matters”, aired on WINN Tuesday night, Dr. Harris also addressed some of the issues linked to establishing new protocols before reopening the country’s borders.
He also urged citizens to guard against over-spending during this difficult time.
