St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN) – The Police have reported the third seizure of suspected narcotics during the period July 29 to August 4.
The Anti-Narcotics Unit (ANU) of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF), during a search of an empty lot in Irish Town, Basseterre on August 4, 2023, found two bottles containing numerous pieces of a solid white substance suspected to be Cocaine.
No suspects were identified, or arrests were made in connection with the suspected narcotics.
On July 29, 2023, authorities seized two transparent plastic bags, which contained solid white substances suspected to be Cocaine (Crack), in Prickley Pear Alley, St. Kitts.
On August 4, Officers seized more suspected Cocaine while searching an empty lot on Herbert Street, Newtown, St. Kitts.
No suspects were identified, or arrests made in connection with those two finds.
Investigations into these matters are ongoing.
The RSCNPF continues its appeal to the general public to contact the nearest Police station if anyone has any information that could assist with these investigations.
