St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Police are investigating the death of a woman who was found lying unconscious on the sidewalk along the Newtown Bay Road sometime after 4 pm Sunday (November 22).
Police have identified the woman as Rochelle Bennett of George Street Newtown.
She had a number of wounds about her body and was transported to the JNF General Hospital by the Emergency Medical Service Ambulance where she died last night, a police statement read.
Anyone with information about the death of Rochelle Bennett is asked to contact the Violent Crimes Unit at 467-1887, the nearest police station or the crime hotline at 707 where information can be given anonymously.
