St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): WINN has been made aware that a young man was shot on November 18, sometime before 2:00 p.m., in the Carifesta Village Phase 1 area.
Reports suggest that residents in the area heard six gunshots.
Additionally, a graphic video making the rounds on social media showed images of the victim lying in the street with apparent gunshot wounds in a pool of blood, with voices in the background suggesting the young man was still alive.
The victim was taken to the hospital. The condition of the young man was unknown at the time of reporting.
