St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC)-Jenkins Ltd Leadership Course will host a professional development workshop as part of activities to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the CFBC-Jenkins Ltd Leadership Course.

“This activity is being spearheaded by my daughter Oneaka Jenkins along with Lady Phillip,” said Mr. Peter Jenkins.

He added: “There are going to be five topics: finance and investment, which is going to be handled by Terrance Crossman; leadership challengers, by Vernesia Walters, from the Nevis Co-operative Credit Union, a former chairperson; and physical health, by Dr. Patrick Martin. There will be a section on mental health and on personal awareness and self-management by Alonzo Alexander. I am going to try to deal with management and leadership principles.”

The workshop is slated for Thursday, April 20, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.

“The registration so far has been excellent. We have a few more spaces. We can take as many as 50, so if you are interested, you need to move quickly to secure your spots, and we have people registered from Nevis as well, so this is a good sign, and we are encouraging the general public to get involved.”

To register for the CFBC-Jenkins Ltd. Leadership Course, you can call 465-2385 or email cfbcjenkinsleadership@gmail.com. The cost of registration is EC $250.

The CFBC-Jenkins Ltd. Leadership Course started in 20212. It is designed for beginning and experienced professionals, managers, and people seeking leadership positions. The course comprises three modules, covering topics such as introduction to leadership, wealth creation, health, public speaking, and business English. The teaching methods are unorthodox yet very effective, and the emphasis of the course is placed on critical, innovative, strategic, and tactical thinking, as well as problem-solving and effective communication skills.
