ALL THAT remaining lot piece or parcel of land being part of Douglas Estate in the Parish of St. Peter, in the Island of Saint Christopher bounded and measuring as follows, that is to say:- On or towards the North West by a Public Road, 81.04 feet; On or towards the North-East by lands of Garfield Mills, 170.19 feet; On or towards the South-East by Douglas Estate, 161.79 feet; and On or towards the West by a Public Road, 135.54 feet; and containing by admeasurement 16,450 square feet; all the same as is described in an Indenture of Mortgage dated January 28, 2020 and recorded as Deed Number 21681 in Liber M Volume 8 at Folios 376 to 385 of the Register of Deeds for the Island of Saint Christopher
