Randolph Welsh of Lower Monkey Hill, St. Peter’s, St. Kitts, has been charged for the offences of Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply, and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.
The offences were committed on August 13, 2025, at Lower Monkey Hill.
Mr. Welsh was charged on August 15, 2025, at the Basseterre Police Station.
UPDATE – added August 26, 2025
On August 21, 2025, Mr. Welsh was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Supply. The offences were committed on August 13, 2025, at Lower Monkey Hill. He was charged at the Basseterre PoliceStation.
