St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Interested persons are encouraged to register to participate in the different competitions and activities slated for the 2022 edition of Culturama, Nevis’ summer festival.
The appeal was made by Premier of Nevis Hon. Mark Brantley.
“The senior pageants are open for registration. The Miss Culture Queen, Miss Culture Swimwear, and Mr. Kool…and we are inviting you all to register and to compete.
Registration forms are available at the Culturama Secretariat or you can go online at www.culturamanevis.com and completed forms should be returned to the secretariat no later than 4 p.m. of the closing dates stipulated in each form.”
Friday, April 29 is the registration deadline for the Ms. Culture Queen, Ms. Culture Swimwear, and Mr. Kool. The deadline for the Senior Kaiso Contest and Soca Monarch Contest is Tuesday, June 07. The deadline for the Mr. and Ms. Talented Youth Pageant and Junior Kaiso Contest is Friday, July 01, and Friday, July 15 is the deadline for the Emancipation J’ouvert Troupe and Junior and Senior Cultural Street Parades.
“Culturama is well and truly on…and it will be the first normal Culturama, we hope, since the onset of the pandemic. As preparations continue, the winning slogan has been selected and it is “Fete and Celebrate Nevis Culturama 48,” the Premier added.
