St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Six new airlines are interested in filling the gap left by LIAT, which was deemed to be insolvent.
Prime Minister of Barbados Mia Mottley made the announcement on Friday morning (July 3).
Silver Airways, Caribbean Airlines, SVG Air, One Caribbean Ltd, InterCaribbean Airlines, and Air Antilles have all expressed interest in filling the gap left by LIAT.
According to the outgoing Chair, the issue of intraregional travel is in the southern part of the Caribbean.
